Monthly price plans include a number Views which are reset every month however, if you choose an annual plan, Views are annualised so you can use the total number of annual Views in the months you need them e.g. 120,000 Views on the Premium plan. What is a View?
A View is defined as one user having one session when our plug-in is installed on your project. Views are tracked every time a request is made to collect data on the CORTEXR platform. Price plans include a number of Views which are reset every month and can’t be carried over. Pay-as-you-Go extra Views are billed at the end of each month. Track View Count in your dashboard and contact sales for Pay Monthly volume pricing packages to increase number of Views to cover all your projects.
Can we increase View volumes?
Pay Monthly or Annual volume pricing allows you to increase number of Views to any level you need. This is the most cost effective way to manage your projects so contact sales to discuss your requirements and we’ll propose the best volume pricing option for you. You can monitor View Count in your dashboard and, don’t worry, if you exceed the monthly allowance your data will still be tracked on a Pay-as-you-Go basis.
Do you offer annual subscriptions?
Yes, this is a good option as the number of monthly Views included in your plan are annualised so you can use the total number of annual Views in the months you need them e.g. 120,000 annual Views on the Premium plan can be used anytime within the annual billing cycle. A 20% discount is applied to plans which are billed yearly. Contact sales to discuss an annual subscription.
Is their onboarding and technical support?
Yes, our customer success and technical team are here to help! Contact us and we’ll support you to set-up the plug-in, configure your project and ensure you get the right data insights from your dashboard. Customers are however expected to have at least intermediate level experience on the XR platform(s) you’re using.
How does the payment process work?
Please enter your company card details or, if your company needs to issue a Purchase Order, we’ll send a Stripe payment link and your subscription will start when the invoice is processed. All subscriptions are in USD and, depending on where you’re based, taxes may be applied.
How does the free trial work?
A 14 day free trial allows you to evaluate whether CORTEXR is right for your business. You can cancel anytime before the end of the free trial and you won’t be charged. If don’t cancel, your account is automatically upgraded to the Pro plan. If your projects include HMDs then you will need to upgrade to the Premium plan to continue support for HMDs. We don’t recommend using the free trial for live client projects as your data and access to the dashboard will expire at the end of the free trial.
Can we use one license on several projects?
All licenses include unlimited projects within your company so you can track user data across all XR projects that you’re working on. Account admins can add and manage team members within the admin view of the dashboard.
What happens when my license expires?
Your paid price plan will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel before your subscription renews. If you choose to cancel then please export the final dashboard as you need a CORTEXR license to access the dashboard and drill into the data metrics.
What is your cancellation policy?
CORTEXR subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and will continue to have access to our platform until the end of your billing period. If you cancel during your free trial you will not be charged. Please note there are no credits or refunds for partial or unused services during the billing period.
